Garlic Lovers

Garlic is one of the oldest condiments in existence.  Yet new uses, in cooking and for health, are being found almost everyday.

I'm a big garlic fan.  Growing several varities in my own garden for that "smell" and "taste" only fresh garlic provides.

Plus, the garlic I grow is truly organic in nature.  Dried, ground, pressed or minced in cooking are only a few of the ways to use home grown garlic.

Roasting garlic in the oven in a roasting pot is another great way to experience that aroma only garlic has.

Wanting to know more about garlic and its uses, I put together this reference site.

Enjoy - DT.
